Revamping the Grab Passenger Booking Experience

In Southeast Asia, people enjoy the convenient ride services provided by Grab. Ensuring that our passengers can easily book rides, get picked up promptly, and arrive at their destinations comfortably and safely is our top priority. To achieve this goal, we have initiated a project aimed at enhancing the allocation and pick-up experience within the ride booking flow on the Grab app.
