As a member of the Design Standard Team, my role involves working as an interaction designer, constructing our design system, and managing the components, patterns, flows, and interactions utilized across all of our digital channels. I am responsible for establishing a pattern library, conducting design reviews, defining and disseminating design guidelines to designers and developers in need of reference, and contributing to the development of our digital services.
