As a member of the Growth team, my mission is to design tools that assist merchants in selling products on Shopify. In 2021, the "link in bio" feature on Instagram became a popular source of traffic, engagement, and sales for brands, with numerous tools available in the market. Recognizing this trend, we saw an opportunity. The challenge then became: How might we develop a "link in bio" tool that effectively aids merchants in growing their businesses?
